Refund of WOW Fintech Sdn Bhd Yearly Subscriptions
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the initial payment or automatic renewal payment to qualify under this policy.
- Refunds are limited to the most recent payment made.
- Refunds are applicable only to active yearly subscriptions. Subscriptions for periods that have already elapsed are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the initial payment or automatic renewal payment to qualify under this policy.
- Upon receiving your refund request, we will acknowledge receipt by email.
- You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., credit card). The refund will be completed within 14 working days from the date of approval.
